Apex Billing Solutions prides itself on providing our customers with the highest level of customer service. Due to that philosophy, we provide a dedicated account manager to each property we serve.   This enables us to become familiar with your residents and their needs and assists us in handling any questions that arise regarding individual accounts or your property as a whole.

In addition to serving your residents, each account manager will work closely with your property managers to ensure that they receive timely and accurate reporting with regards to monthly payments and past due accounts.  In addition, your account manager will assist in monitoring monthly consumptions by unit and can troubleshoot to help identify for possible leaks. 

Our account managers are available during standard business hours but can also be accessed by email or voicemail 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
